Elena Erize

Hi, there! Nice to meet you! I’m Elena E. I’m a part of Immerse team. I’m Russian by birth, American by choice, and Argentine by marriage. Since I remember myself I’ve always loved to travel. With homes on three continents, I can proudly call myself a global citizen.

I travel for work and for pleasure. My work typically takes me to major global hubs – New York, San Francisco, Paris, London, Tokyo, Moscow. My personal travel is focused much more on experiencing new places and cultures. Some of my favorites are Argentina, France, England, and, of course, Russia.

I find travel to be an enriching experience – it gives me a better understanding of myself and the world around me, it helps me balance and charges me with a new positive energy. It opens new horizons and helps me grow.

Hi, I’m Elena S. I’m also a part of Immerse team. I’m a cultural anthropologist and a founder of an advisory firm. In my corporate life, I was the head of marketing at the innovation hub of a telecom company and before that, I worked with global brands and marketing assets at the Coca-Cola Company.

I travel a lot both for business and leisure – went to Antarctica as a part of international sustainable leadership initiative, watched wild animals in Africa with biologists, visited Tibet with pilgrims, helped to bring back to life a Belorussian village with locals, and many more.

I think that travel is a way we meet new people and cultures, learn and share our knowledge, do business and social projects, and live our lives. It’s hard to separate life from work and work from travel. At a basic, very practical level it seems to be an interdependent mixture of everything.
